Kansas City Disability Mentoring Day started 20 years ago as the local event recognizing Disability Awareness Month. In previous years it grew into two events, one on each side of the state line offering sessions on Job Searches, Entrepreneurship, Interviewing and Resume Help as well as Career Exploration with employers and networking w
Kansas City Disability Mentoring Day started 20 years ago as the local event recognizing Disability Awareness Month. In previous years it grew into two events, one on each side of the state line offering sessions on Job Searches, Entrepreneurship, Interviewing and Resume Help as well as Career Exploration with employers and networking with Service Organizations that can help the job seeker. Events are organized by local volunteers.
